We all live in a fast moving world and the youth have adopted their manners to this fact. Pupils and students needs developped conformingly.

The old stuff to teach reading cannot be used any more.
Clearly and didactic justifiable bringing the content is of coarse still the most important issue. This very well possible with the tools now available at a fair price.

Projector and PC replace the illustrations that dominated imaginative instruction in the old days.
Nowadays a teacher can tell his students more appealingly and more informing about his material using pictures and audio.

Standing in front of his class teaching interactively, he can handle his course material in a more creative way. He can work up with the reactions of his students who will participate more actively.
At the same time his students remain more fascinated by his person and by the content he presents.

This animated way of teaching raises enthusiasm and motivatieon to the students. It fits with their perception of the world, in which images, audio and interactivity play an important role.
In Great Britan is a lot of practical experience in interactive teaching. Becta, the main advisory institution on ICT in education for the British government, has done some research on the usefulness of interactive whiteboard systems in education. Click here for this independent rapport
